Morning

Wake up time : 6:30am
Breakfast : Avocado toast and egg

Ingredients needed

  • 2 eggs (fried sunny side up)
  • 2 slices of bread (toasted)
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • sea salt + black pepper

Exercise : Quick stretch and 20 squats
Leave for work by 8am

Afternoon

Lunch : Pasta salad

Ingredients needed

  • 2 tsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tsp caper
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 185g can of tuna in spring water, drained
  • 100g leftover pasta shapes
  • 3 sundried tomato, chopped

Evening

Gym: Back day + Squating

Dinner : TBC
